Current Topic:'How criminals overcome the fear and after knowing that how we can protect ourselves from them?

Guiding Questions:
1.Why victims must be frightened to the people?
2.Usually, victims feel the scared and frightened, What are the meanings of those feelings?
Current thoughts:
Usually, I was interested in Human mind, Especially for victims and Criminals.
So I think If I could study the human mind, I could find the way to protect ourselves from the criminals.
Opposite thoughts:
There are the people who say that we couldn't know the thoughts of the criminals because they are entropic psychos. So, we couldn't protect the crimes and there aren't any ways that we can protect.
Goal:
Find the way to do not be scared when we meet criminals, based on the Human Mind.
